Krestenzia, Mistress of Creation and Destruction, Earth-breaker, Lady of Beauty

Usually manifesting as a statuesque giantess with red-blonde hair, adorned with demonic features such as bat wings and ram's horns, Krestenzia is the patron deity of love, athletes, fertility, and all things that advance incrementally. Her manifestations are usually accompanied by clouds of thick, dense mist of unusual colours, creating fogbanks that block sight for miles around.

Followers of Krestenzia tend towards martial arts and unarmed combat, emulating their Goddess in attempts to turn their bodies into weapons, and her church is responsible for managing food distribution throughout Whitelake - roles that may seem in conflict, but are perfectly compatible in the mind of a Krestenzian.

It is said that those who pray to Krestenzia for strength may find it granted in unusual ways, but never in ways that are unacceptable; her church is full of gorgeous people in all forms, as befits a Goddess of beauty.

The most holy celebration to followers of Krestenzia is that of The Great Contest, held on the weekend following the end of a year's Autumn harvest. As the final crops are stored away in the cellars, a weekend of contests are held; contests for the largest produce, the most bountiful crop, tests of athleticism and strength, caber toss and wrestling, swimming and footraces.

At the end of the weekend, whatever food was not stored away in the cellars for the winter are cooked up into a great feast, and people who won the competitions are given first pick of the comestibles as a grand celebration is held; celebrating personal accomplishments and communal spirit alike in Krestenzia's name.
