Floating in the Bluecap Sea off the coast of Terultimae's eastern coast, Dalhal is a vast floating city of metal, a marvel of machinery and ingenuity.
Founded seven hundred years ago by the Dwarf sailor and engineer Heijarl, the mighty city now sails around the coastline on a three-season pattern.
The political system of Dalhal is a curious one to outsiders - the city is governed by a complex series of Guilds, the representatives of which meet in the Hall of Guilds, the center of power in the Citadel of Dalhal.
