Kiyomi, Queen of Hell

"Throughout her life before ascension, Kiyomi's focus had ever been on one thing - to win the attention of those around her by absolutely any means necessary.
Her obsession with the eyes of others led her down numerous paths - exotic dancer, street magician, brothel maiden: anything and everything that could win the affections and, more importantly, the thoughts of anyone who so much as looked at her. Pursuing this, she built her power over centuries, and eventually came to a realisation; winning the attention of the strong was far more exhilarating than the attention of those already beneath her, and those who ranked among the former were dwindling in comparison by the day.
With her ambition unchecked, Kiyomi sowed endless chaos whether or not her former master bade it so long as she was regarded for it - including, famously, the simultaneous destruction of two entire cities. But eventually, she would go on to help save the known world, despite her general lack of interest in people as anything but attention farms, and her reward would be the Mantle of the Queen of Hell, wrenched from Asmodeus himself.
While the title did contribute to giving her a more kind and calm demeanor - and significantly improved the beneficiary and even charitable behavior of the devils underneath her - her hunger for your gaze has never been truly slaked. Dedicate yourself to her, and she'll be sure to make it more than rewarding."

The Hell-Queen, The Fox-Goddess, She of Swirling Tails

Until recently a mortal, Kiyomi's apotheosis, while it happened at the same time as that of The Living Eclipse, is far less known and understood. What is known is that her Mantle was formerly owned by Asmodeus, and that the Nine aided in the transfer of power as simultaneous punishment of Asmodeus and a reward for Kiyomi - although for what, no mortal can rightly say.

Usually manifesting as a curvaceous and colossal kitsune, lavishly dressed and deliberately eye-catching, the Fox-Goddess spends the majority of her time running the Nine Hells; having devoted herself entirely to her new Mantle, maintaining order in the underworld and continuing the Blood War, and perpetuating diabolic pacts for those mortals who wish them.

Rumour tells of an odd phenomenon that occurs in rare circumstances; if one of the avatars of Kiyomi is slain, it crumbles into red-and-white stone that is fatal to the touch to any mortal - this fox-stone exists in very limited quantities and is jealously hoarded by the Cult of the Swirled Tails.
