Any citizen of the Administrature may hire SSS for whatever their transit needs - for a modest fee.
Political policies that they financially back are generally those centered and based around increasing commerce between New Coastview and its neighbours, investing in improving the infrastructure required to maintain long-term trade relationships.

Behind the pleasant front of providing a needed public service, however, Shining Star Shipping is in actuality a front for a circle of thieves, burglers, and fences - specialising in the retrieval of one-of-a-kind items from private collections.
